Booking confirmation

Booking and confirmation

A booking is considered to be binding when it has been confirmed and you have received a booking number. This can be done orally, in writing or through the booking system. With the booking, you have to provide the following information: name, address, arrival and departure date and payment method. Different conditions are linked to different rates; see the detailed price information.

A room booking can only be made by an individual who is over 18 years of age. Without a guardian or parent, the parent or guardian of an under-age guest should contact the hotel before the minor starts their stay. This ensures that the parent or guardian is aware of the minor staying at the hotel and that they are responsible for the activities of the minor at the hotel. The person booking a room for a minor is responsible for the minor regardless of whether they are staying in the same room as them or not. The minor must be at least 16 years of age.

For security reasons, only the staff and people who have registered at the hotel are permitted into the hotel rooms and other reserved areas.
